- 10 new colors have been added to the paint palette - Read the letter from the board regarding the new paint palette (PDF file). The colors can be seen at the Dunn Edwards store at 2190 W. Chandler Blvd. (Dobson Road and Chandler Blvd). Please note that for the colors schemes that are underlined, colors 1 and 2 can be reversed without approval of the ARC. Colors on the lists are pre-approved and homeowners do not need to submit paperwork to the Architectural Committee for approval. Any other colors or variation of the approved colors will need to be approved.
