PARK RULES REVISED 6-2004
- NO ALCOHOL IN THE PARK AREA AT ANYTIME - CITY OF CHANDLER ORDINANCE
11-3

- ALL RESIDENTS HOLDING PRIVATE PARTIES MUST SIGN A WAIVER OF LIABILITY
INSURANCE AGAINST THE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
.
- RESIDENTS MUST NOTIFY MANAGEMENT COMPANY OF ANY FUNCTION PLANNED AND
GIVE DATE AND TIME
.
- ALL ORGANIZED ATHLETIC FUNCTIONS OR PRACTICES MUST HAVE A LIABILITY
WAIVER SIGNED AND SENT TO THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY PRIOR TO EVENT
.
- THE PARK AREA MUST BE CLEANED AFTER A FUNCTION AND NO LITTER LEFT
IN THE TRASH CANS – NO GLASS CONTAINERS ALLOWED
.
- ANY DAMAGE TO THE LAWNS, SPRINKLER HEADS OR MAIN VALVES MUST BE PAID
BY THE HOMEOWNER IF CAUSED BY THEIR FUNCTION
.
- THE PARK WILL BE CLOSED AT 11:00 PM
.
- NO SKATE BOARDING, MOTOR SCOOTERS OR MOTORCYCLES ARE ALLOWED IN THE
PARK AREAS
.
- ONLY LEASHED PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THE COMMON AREA. PET OWNERS MUST
PICK UP AFTER THEIR PETS - CITY OF CHANDLER ORDINANCE 14-8
.
- NO HARDBALL SPORTS ARE ALLOWED. THE PARK AREA IS NOT DESIGNED TO ACCOMMODATE
HARDBALL SPORTS SUCH AS BASEBALL OR GOLF. NO GOLF CLUBS OF ANY TYPE
ARE ALLOWED IN THE PARK. THIS RULE IS NEEDED TO PREVENT PERSONAL INJURIES
AND PROPERTY DAMAGE

- PARENTS OR LEGAL GUARDIANS WILL BE FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR PROPERTY
DAMAGE BY MINORS OR LEGAL WARDS
